A little bit About Us...

Family owned and operated since 1981, SunCastles Management has been dedicated to our Central Florida Family of Investors and Tenants for over 40 years!  

Starting off as a small business in June of 1981, SunCastles Management began our property management services at a time when rental investment was just starting to peak here in Central Florida.  Over the years our property inventory has grown through a network of client based referrals due to our excellent service and professionalism.  S
ome of our clients and tenants have been with us for over 30 years!

One of our goals at SunCastles Management is to generate long term tenancies.  Our tenants, on average, renew their lease for 4 consecutive years, proving that our tenants, and our owners, enjoy the quality of service they receive.  Less vacancy can save thousands of dollars in turnover costs for the owner.  

As for our tenants, we know the importance of feeling "at home" when renting.  Our friendly property managers and maintenance staff make our tenants feel comfortable and secure.  Satisfaction is the key to a successful tenant/landlord relationship.

Stuart Pursley (1954-2020)
Broker/Founder/CFO 
Founder of the SunCastles Center!
The mastermind behind the success of our business and mentor to all of our staff.

Stuart graduated from Auburn University in 1977 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing.  Shortly after graduating, Stuart and his wife moved to Orlando to pursue their dreams in Real Estate.  Home to Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center, the possibilities were endless.  

Stuart's knowledge in the business world led him to create a successful platform to launch the SunCastles Center, home to SunCastles Management, SunCastles Real Estate and SunCastles Restorations.  As with any new venture, success did not come easy, but hard work and dedication along with goals and dreams landed this mastermind in a seat built for victory.

Sadly, Stuart passed away in August of 2020 after a 6 year battle with cancer.  We owe all of our success to this amazing man and will continue his legacy!
Janet Pursley
Broker/President/CEO
Wife to our founder, Janet is the glue that holds all of our parts together. Behind every master mind is a dedicated assistant charged with making dreams come to fruition.

Janet also graduated from Auburn University in 1976 with a Bachelor's Degree in Family Development.  No wonder she is Mother to all of our staff!

Over the years Janet's administrative skills have brought numerous innovative ideas to the business.  Her streamlining of our administrative processes has created an effortless way to keep track of the daily tasks required to keep the business going.  

Janet continues to be the brains and backbone behind the business and our corporate leader who keeps all of us on track. 


Lauren Pursley Larson 
Broker/Vice President/CPM
Eldest daughter of Stuart and Janet, Lauren started her career in Real Estate as a Sales Associate in 2011.  After eight years working in the corporate world, she decided it was time to join the family business.  In January of 2016, Lauren joined the SunCastles Family as the newest Broker to the team.  

Her corporate experience brought a whole new level of knowledge and training to SunCastles staff.  

Lauren has become the face of SunCastles, her skills and intellect continue to drive SunCastles to success!  Owners and Tenants alike know Lauren is the go to for all of their needs.
 Kristen Pursley
Administrative Assistant
Second daughter to Stuart and Janet, Kristen came on board in 2014 part-time, while pursuing her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Central Florida.  

Over the years she has become more than an asset to our team.  She works along side Janet in maintaining the daily tasks that keep the business going behind the scenes.  

From corporate accounting to maintenance and billing, Kristen is the minion behind the mastermind, handling the administrative responsibilities so that Lauren can focus on utilizing her talents to expand and oversee the business.
